These Membership Terms & Conditions explain the arrangements for purchasing and accessing our paid membership community, educational materials and digital resources.

Please read them before subscribing.

Notice it… don't feed it is operated by Justin Arndt, based in New South Wales, Australia.

Legal business name: Notice it… don’t feed it

For membership enquiries, please contact us at info@noticeitdontfeedit.com

2. What's Included in Your Membership

Your subscription provides access to the Notice it… don't feed it membership community, hosted on Skool.

Membership currently includes:

  • Foundations: Four self-guided lessons exploring noticing, feeding and not feeding, everyday experiences and living with intention.
  • Everyday explorations: Optional observation exercises and practical invitations within the lessons.
  • Community discussions: Opportunities to share experiences, ask questions and learn from other members' observations.
  • The eBook: Notice it… don't feed it — A simpler relationship with thoughts and feelings, available in PDF and EPUB formats.
  • Ongoing material: Additional discussions, insights and educational resources as they become available.

Members may explore the material at their own pace.

Live calls, personal coaching and individual support are not included unless expressly offered as part of your membership.

We may develop, update or replace particular resources over time. Material changes affecting paid membership benefits will be communicated appropriately.

3. Membership Pricing and Payments

Membership is currently offered at:

  • Monthly: US$47 per month.
  • Annual: US$470 per year.

All prices are stated in United States dollars (USD).

The applicable price, billing period and any relevant taxes or charges are shown during checkout.

Payments and recurring subscriptions are processed through Skool and its payment providers. Your use of the Skool platform is also subject to Skool's applicable terms and policies.

4. Automatic Renewal

Memberships operate as recurring subscriptions.

Monthly memberships renew each month, and annual memberships renew each year, unless cancelled before the next renewal.

By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments according to the plan selected at checkout.

Any changes to subscription pricing will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the platform's billing arrangements.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your Skool account's membership or subscription settings.

You may also contact us for assistance with cancellation.

Cancellation normally prevents further renewal charges. You will generally retain access to the membership until the end of your current paid billing period.

Cancelling an annual membership does not automatically entitle you to a refund for remaining unused months.

Once your access ends, you will no longer have access to restricted community discussions, lessons and other membership-only resources.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this membership, including immediate access to downloadable educational resources, we do not generally offer discretionary refunds for:

  • A change of mind after joining.
  • Failure to use or participate in the membership.
  • Unused portions of a monthly or annual subscription.
  • Downloading or accessing materials and subsequently deciding not to continue.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

Where a refund or other remedy is required by law, we will provide the applicable remedy.

If you believe there is a problem with your purchase or membership service, please contact us using the membership support details so we can review and address your concern.

7. Digital Content and Copyright

All original lessons, written resources, videos, eBooks, educational materials and other content created by Justin Arndt remain protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

During your membership, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the membership materials for your own private educational purposes.

You may download the supplied eBook and retain your lawfully downloaded copy for personal reading.

Unless you have prior written permission, you must not:

  • Redistribute, share or resell the eBook or other downloadable resources.
  • Copy or republish substantial portions of membership materials.
  • Record, reproduce or commercially distribute paid lessons or videos.
  • Provide other people with access to your membership account.

These restrictions do not limit uses permitted by applicable law.
