My First Copy Arrived

Today I held the first printed copy of Notice it… don't feed it in my hands.

It's a strange feeling.

Not because it's a book.

But because of everything that showed up along the way.

The doubts.

The second-guessing.

The thoughts telling me nobody would care.

The feeling that I was in over my head.

For a long time, I thought those thoughts and feelings needed to disappear before I could move forward.

What I started to see was something different.

They could be there…

without deciding what happened next.

This book exists because I kept taking small steps while those thoughts and feelings were still present.

Not confidently.

Not perfectly.

Just one step at a time.

Today is one of those moments I'm grateful for.

The book is now available on Amazon.

But more than that, it's a reminder I can hold in my hands:

you don't have to wait until you feel confident before moving toward what matters.

The thoughts still show up.

The feelings still show up.

But they can be noticed.

And they don't have to be fed.

Notice it… don't feed it.
